arin tells us: “Everything started by participating at the Olympic games in Barcelona. I ended fourth with the Belgian team and eighth individually. I was also three times Belgian champion eventing: in 1997 with Nikita (Belgian Warmblood: A Lucky One [KWPN] - Hibritt x Melchior x), in 2003 with Pacific, and in 2004 with Gazelle de la Brasserie,” (a Swiss Warmblood by Karacondo).
It would be remiss of us not to mention Karin’s other celebrated results: sixth in the 2003 European Championships in Punchestown, Ireland with the thoroughbred Gormley xx (Sandalay xx - Willowmark xx x Monksfield xx), fourth place in the 2005 European Championship, also with Gormley. Second and third place at two eventing World Breeding Championships for Young Horses with the 1996-born Anglo Arab Lamicell Idem Du Roc (Deux de Coeur AA - Titane Gersoise AA x Nanval AA), fifth in the 2005 ranking list, third place with Gormley in the 2004 World Cup final, and sixth place in the 2005 World Cup final with the now 14-year-old Belgian Warmblood mare Palmyra (Saygon - Jenna x Etretat).
